  3. I make my own homemade yogurt and can attest to the fact that it tastes better than store-bought. I like knowing what goes into my food and this is something anyone can easily make at home.

  4. What great tips, thank you! I’m patting myself on the back for doing a number of them, but I’ve still got a way to go. The home made vinegar sounds really good, and I have yet to try fermenting … very exciting!
