My Garden Is Taking Off!

Today’s Garden Haul!

I’m getting the hang of this garden thing, for the most part.  After mourning the death of my lone spaghetti squash last week…

 

See that shriveled up area? That was my squash.  I guess I didn’t hand pollinate it as well as I thought I did.

 

I picked these delicious veggies today!

 

I picked 3 sweet peppers, 1 “regular” tomato, many yellow cherry tomatoes, and one onion. Several other onions could be picked, but I’m going to wait a day or so before I harvest them.

 

I can’t wait to enjoy these lovely veggies with my crab salad tonight (see recipe here)!

Glorious Garden Greens, But Not…

Today, I picked some veggies from my garden.  Beautiful summer squash, some (almost) yellow cherry tomatoes and some radishes.  I’ll have a lovely salad tonight!
